  Если отказываются — претензия.
  
  **Нужно ли вызывать виновника телеграммой?**
  Обязательно фиксировать вызов.
  
  **Отчет об оценке или заключение эксперта?**
  Независимая оценка — must have.
  
  **Претензия по заливу**
  Претензия через почту с описью.
  
  **Взыскание ущерба через суд**
  Компенсация — 164 тыс. рублей.
  
  **Как получить деньги по суду?**
  Деньги получил спустя 2 месяца.
  
  **Если вы залили квартиру соседей**
  Главное — не скрываться.
